Dank Mail Boxes Etc. in Schwechat habe ich sie innert Kürze wieder zugesandt bekommen! Einfach in der Abwicklung und fair von den Preisen her!
Freundlichkeit war OK.
Aber wenn man ein Paket aufgeben möchte und genau weiß was es kostet, wird behauptet das stimmt nicht nur damit man man 3,50 Zuschlag verlangen kann.
Blöd nur wenn man sich dann verplappert und sagt das andere sich halt mit 50 Cent pro Packet zufrieden geben. Sie aber nicht. DREISST!
Besonders sonderbar ist das man sagen soll was sich im Paket befindet… schon mal was von Privatsphäre gehört!
Und weil sie mich ja gern als Lügnerin hingestellt haben, obwohl ich Montag genau so ein Päckchen um 4,90 verschickt habe, sag ich ihnen liebend gern das ich 20 Min später um 4,90 für das Paket bezahlt habe… nicht so wie sie meinten über 8 Euro…
8 Euro sind im Übrigen mehr als die Post verlangt!!! Und das Gewicht is bei DPD völlig irrelevant sondern die Größe!!
