Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat mir direkt geholfen, das passende Verpackungsmaterial herausgesucht und alles sorgfältig eingepackt. Währenddessen hat mir eine Mitarbeiterin erklärt, wie ich den Amazon-Code direkt an die Filiale mailen kann. Sie hat ihn anschließend ausgedruckt und aufgeklebt.
Auch das Verpackungsmaterial für die Büchersendung konnte ich direkt vor Ort bekommen. Alles wurde ohne Aufwand, schnell und sehr freundlich erledigt.
Es waren ein bis zwei Schalter besetzt, und die Abläufe waren zügig und gut organisiert.
